About Product

Melon, an annual plant, has a hairy body, wrapping arms, 5-lobed palm-shaped leaves and 3-5 main shoots. These shoots give side branches from which flowers and fruits are formed. Melon has short and thick taproot and lateral roots close to the ground. Melon is a hot and warm climate vegetable and shows the best development at temperatures between 20-300 C. At lower temperatures, the growth and development of plants slows down and the development period is prolonged. Extremely high temperature also slows down the growth of melons. Besides heat, plants also need light. In plants that do not receive enough light, growth weakness, delay in harvest, decrease in female flowers and increase in male flowers occur.
